Tils\u00e6t citronsaft og lad det hele simre sammen et par minutter til det emste citronsaft er kogt af. Rejerne tils\u00e6ttes og steges et par minutter til de skifter farve. Bland persillen i og fordel med det samme rejerne og koge saften\/olien i portionssk\u00e5lene.
