Derfor er indk\u00f8bene begr\u00e6nsede og vi spiser fortrinsvist ud af fryseren, men nogen gange glemmer vi at tage noget ud, og det gjorde vi s\u00e5 ogs\u00e5 idag. Hvad g\u00f8r man s\u00e5? vi kom selvf\u00f8lgelig f\u00f8rst i tanke om det efter at de s\u00f8ndags\u00e5bne butikker havde lukket&#8230;. Heldigvis havde jeg fundet en pakke chorizo-coctailp\u00f8lser forleden, som var i k\u00f8leskabet i h\u00e5b om lidt grillvejr, og kn\u00e6gten var frisk p\u00e5 at smutte i kiosken efter \u00e6g. S\u00e5 manglede jeg bare lidt inspiration til at lave en god \u00e6ggekage, som ikke blev br\u00e6ndt i bunden. Efter bes\u00f8g hos <a href=\"http:\/\/www.grydeskeen.dk\">Grydeskeen<\/a>\u00a0og <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dk-kogebogen.dk\/\">Alletiders Kogebog<\/a>\u00a0var jeg klar til at kaste mig ud i det.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/foodies.dk\/backend\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_1125.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-1244\" title=\"IMG_1125\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/foodies.dk\/backend\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_1125-300x225.jpg?resize=300%2C225\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>1 stort fed hvidl\u00f8g, hakket fint<br \/>\n1 stort l\u00f8g, ogs\u00e5 hakket fint<br \/>\n1 pakke chorizo-coctailp\u00f8lser, sk\u00e5ret i 1\/3 stykker<br \/>\n12 \u00e6g<br \/>\n1\u00bddl m\u00e6lk<br \/>\n1 spsk dildspidser (i dag brugte jeg t\u00f8rrede)<br \/>\n2 spsk mel<br \/>\nsalt og peber<br \/>\nEn lille smule olie<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e6t ovnen til at varme op p\u00e5 180 grader.<\/p>\n<p>Svits l\u00f8g\u00a0og hvidl\u00f8g let i olien i en saut\u00e9pande som kan t\u00e5le at komme i ovnen og tils\u00e6t p\u00f8lserne og steg dem godt, de skal v\u00e6re n\u00e6sten gennemstegte inden man tils\u00e6tter \u00e6ggemassen.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c6ggemassen er \u00e6g, m\u00e6lk, dild, mel, salt og peber som er pisket grundigt igennem med elpiskeren.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e6ld \u00e6ggemassen over l\u00f8g og p\u00f8lseblandingen og r\u00f8r rundt mens du hele tiden l\u00f8sner det i bunden. N\u00e5r det begynder at v\u00e6re sammenh\u00e6ngende men ikke helt fast, s\u00e6ttes det i ovnen og bager f\u00e6rdigt i ca. 25 minutter.
