Pil l\u00f8get og sk\u00e6r det i kvarte. Pil hvidl\u00f8g og sk\u00f8r dem i halv p\u00e5 langs. Krydr k\u00f8det grundigt med salt og peber p\u00e5 alle sider.<\/p>\n<p>Kom \u00e6bler, l\u00f8g og hvidl\u00f8g i bunden af r\u00f6mertopfen og kom salvie ved. Vi havde desv\u00e6rre ikke noget frisk salvie s\u00e5 det blev til lidt t\u00f8rret drysset henover. L\u00e6g stegen ovenp\u00e5 og h\u00e6ld lidt ahornsirup udover den.<\/p>\n<p>Herefter kommes l\u00e5get p\u00e5 og det hele stilles i kold ovn. T\u00e6nd ovnen p\u00e5 175 grader og lad stegen hygge sig i 3 timer.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e5r de 3 timer er g\u00e5et tages stegen ud.
