Det er en yderst velsmagende suppe, som kan bruges til forret eller hovedret.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Ingredienser<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 sm\u00e5 hokkaido<\/li>\n<li>2 l\u00f8g<\/li>\n<li>3 fed hvidl\u00f8g<\/li>\n<li>2 spsk olivenolie<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 l piskefl\u00f8de (kan evt. udelades eller erstattes af 13%)<\/li>\n<li>lidt frisk\u00a0timian<\/li>\n<li>salt og peber<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Tilberedning<\/span><br \/>\nHokkaidoen skr\u00e6lles, kernerne tages ud og k\u00f8det sk\u00e6res i store stykker. Hvidl\u00f8g og l\u00f8g svitses i olivenolien i en tykbundet gryde og hokkaidostykkerne tils\u00e6ttes. Vand h\u00e6ldes ved til det godt og vel d\u00e6kker. Koges ca. 1 time til hokkaidoen er let at mase ud med en gaffel. Stykkerne tages op af gryden, blendes\/pureres og h\u00e6ldes tilbage. Tils\u00e6t fl\u00f8de og krydderier efter smag.
