Denne ret kendes derfor ogs\u00e5 som Mattar Paneer, Mutter Paneer og endda Matar Paneer ki sabji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Det er en l\u00e6kker ret fra Punjab regionen i det nordlige indien, som findes i mange versioner. Brug evt. mindre.)<\/li><li>1\/4 tsk Garam Masala (Helst Punjabi)<\/li><li>1 spsk Piskefl\u00f8de<\/li><li>150 gr \u00c6rter (Frosne virker fint)<\/li><li>2,5 dl Vand<\/li><li>\u00bd tsk Salt<\/li><li>300 gr Paneer<\/li><li>Hakket Koriander blade (Til pynt)<\/li><\/ul>\t<\/div>\n\t<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n\t\t<h4>Masala blanding<\/h4><ol><li><p>Hak l\u00f8g og tomater groft og kom alle ingredienser til masala bladingen op i en blender. <\/p><\/li><li><p>K\u00f8r blenderen til en fin pasta. Der skal ikke v\u00e6re stykker af cashew eller krydderier i den f\u00e6rdige blanding.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Kom blandingen i en sk\u00e5l<\/p><\/li><\/ol><h4>Selve retten<\/h4><ol><li><p>Varm olien op i en tykbundet sauterpande sammen med de hele spidskommen. <\/p><\/li><li><p>N\u00e5r spidskommen fr\u00f8ene &#039;sprutter&#039; s\u00e5 kommes masala blandingen i panden. Sauter blandingen i 10-12 min ved middelvarme indtil olien udskilles.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Kom de st\u00f8dte krydderier i og sauter et par minutter l\u00e6ngere.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Tils\u00e6t \u00e6rter og 2,5 dl vand, r\u00f8r rundt, bring i kog og kom l\u00e5get p\u00e5.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Kog retten et par minutter til \u00e6rterne er m\u00f8re.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Mens retten koger sk\u00e6res Paneer i 1&#215;1 cm tern.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Tag l\u00e5get af gryden, skru varmen ned og kom paneer i retten. Det er vigtigt at Paneer ikke for for meget varme, da det har en tendens til at blibe gummiagtigt, s\u00e5 lad retten st\u00e5 i 4-5 minutter, til paneer osten er varmet igennem.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Servers sammen med Basmati ris eller Roti. Husk at pynte med frisk koriander.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Velbekomme!<\/p><\/li><\/ol>\t<\/div>\n\t<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-notes\">\n\t\t<p>Kog Basmati ris, s\u00e5 det f\u00e5r den rette indiske konsistens:<\/p>\n<p>Brug ca 80gr ris per person. Skyld risen grundigt under rindende vand i en fin si. Kom risene i en gryde og tilf\u00f8j dobbelt s\u00e5 meget vand, som ris &#8211; efter v\u00e6gt.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Kom en smule salt &#8211; hellere for lidt, end for meget. M\u00e5ske \u00bd tsk til 3-4 personner.<\/p>\n<p>Bring risene i kog og lad dem koge ved j\u00e6vn varme i 10 min.
