Kom rodfrugter, hvidl\u00f8g, chile, ingef\u00e6r og krydderier i gryden og svitz under omr\u00f8ring i 1-2min &#8211; pas p\u00e5 at krydderierne og hvidl\u00f8get ikke f\u00e5r for meget.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e6ld bouillon i og n\u00e5r suppen koger skrues der ned til lavt blus. Lad suppen simre i ca. 20min til gr\u00f8ntsagerne er m\u00f8re.<\/p>\n<p>Si gr\u00f8ntsagerne fra og kom op i en blender. Blend gr\u00f8ntsagerne meget kort sammen med kokosm\u00e6lk og kom tilbage i gryden sammen med resten af suppen.<\/p>\n<p>Suppen varmes igennem og smages til med lime, salt og peber.\t\t<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Snestormen raser over os og fygesneen l\u00e6gger sig smukt omkring huset.
